RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can return items within 15 days for a full refund of the merchandise. Shipping is non refundable.
  • We do offer free shipping on returns for domestic orders.
  • Return labels are not provided for orders shipping from Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii.
  • For exchanges, please email returns@prosperitydenim.com and list NAME and ORDER NUMBER with details on what you would like to exchange. Customer service will respond with confirmation & steps to process.
  • Go to returns@prosperitydenim.com and list NAME and ORDER NUMBER for return processing. Customer service will respond with a return label. 
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached.
  • Not placing merchandise back into the original bag will delay processing of your return.
  • Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
  • Once your return has been received in our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund.
  • All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time.
  • We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Prosperitydenim.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service at customerservice@prosperitydenim.com
